In Short

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow Teton’s footprint across Care home providers in the UK.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and industry event attendance to managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals through to close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape Teton’s commercial approach in the UK.

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of experience in high-value SaaS sales, ideally in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
  • Proven ability selling innovative, disruptive solutions in scale-up environments.
  • Track record of exceeding ambitious revenue targets, including closing high six-figure contracts.
  • A hunter mindset paired with strong consultative selling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • London based.
