Requirements

• Expert in one or more high-level programming languages, preferably Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud providers like AWS or GCP.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and observability.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to document design choices and operational knowledge.
• Experience in developing scalable and resilient systems.
• Knowledge of monitoring and configuring infrastructure.
• User-first mindset and motivated by impact.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations.
• Deep understanding of Temporal’s ecosystem.
