Salesforce Developer - Business Systems - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our Business Systems team. You'll work directly with the Director of Business Systems to build and maintain mission-critical systems that power our business operations.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and Lightning Web Components.
• Architect and implement solutions for Salesforce governor limits.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Develop and enhance internal applications using Vue.js and Node.js.
• Design and optimize data models.
• Build complex SOQL queries and analytics solutions.
• Participate in release management cycles.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Document technical solutions and maintain system architecture documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits.
• Proven experience with Salesforce APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for both frontend and backend development.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Solid understanding of data modeling.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
