• Proven experience as a People Partner or HRBP in a remote-first, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance strategies.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage ambiguity.
• Experience partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to connect people performance to company performance.
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
