Overview

As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will connect Customer Success and GTM, driving customer happiness, engagement, and retention through effective marketing strategies.

In Short

  • Produce and manage marketing collateral across various channels.
  • Run community initiatives to highlight customer opportunities.
  • Own case studies, reviews, and referral programs.
  • Write and manage email marketing workflows.
  • Drive customer engagement with product features.
  • Research and analyze core accounts for ABM strategy.
  • Collaborate with GTM, design, ops, product, and customer success teams.
  • Focus on communications, email marketing, and ABM plans.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for material creation.

Requirements

  • Experience in lifecycle and CRM programs in a B2B startup.
  • Track record of improving adoption and retention through campaigns.
  • Strong writing and design briefing skills.
  • Competence with CRM tools like HubSpot and GA4.
  • Ability to test, learn, and report effectively.
  • Experience in climate or energy sectors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Segment, Notion, and Figma.
  • Community and advocacy experience.
