In Short

• Manage the full employee life cycle in a fast-paced work environment.
• Oversee Leave of Absence program, talent acquisition, and payroll.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.
• Champion an inclusive hiring process and support hiring managers.
• Lead payroll processing in partnership with the Finance team.
• Conduct compensation and market analysis for competitive salaries.
• Manage job postings and candidate screening process.
• Collaborate with HR team members and other departments.
• Utilize AI tools for productivity in HR functions.
• Support various HR areas as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably as HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience with multi-state leave administration in the US and Canada.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now HRIS.
• Experience with AI tools for productivity enhancements.
• Some talent acquisition experience is a plus.
• Proven confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Willingness to collaborate across HR and other departments.
• A passion for helping people and curiosity about ideas.
