Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree in human resources, business, or comparable field.
• Initial experience in recruiting, HR, or personnel administration is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient use of digital recruiting tools (e.g., Personio).
• Structured, careful, and independent work style.
• Enjoy working with people and interest in modern recruiting processes.
• Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage.
