Marketing Intern - Remote

Overview

The TED Conferences team is seeking a detail-oriented and curious Marketing Intern to support our flagship events while gaining hands-on marketing experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

In Short

• Support campaign coordination for TED2026 and TEDNext 2025.
• Assist with the marketing communication schedule, including drafting emails and collateral.
• Manage email communications with a focus on data segmentation and optimizing performance.
• Support with weekly reporting on campaign performance and registration numbers.
• Draft copy and creative assets for marketing campaigns.
• Pitch in on ad hoc projects and cross-functional efforts.

Requirements

• Proactive team player with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects.
• Eager to learn about brand storytelling and marketing strategy.
• Comfortable working in collaborative environments.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Canva.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus.
