Overview

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist (Benefits Focus) to join our People Operations team in the Philippines. This role will support a wide range of HR functions while serving as the primary point of contact for benefits administration and employee support across multiple regions, with a strong emphasis on the United States.

• Administer and manage U.S. employee benefits programs.
• Partner with brokers and vendors for open enrollment and benefit communications.
• Support benefits administration in the Philippines and other regions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on U.S. benefits administration.
• Experience with UK and APAC benefits programs is a plus.
• Strong understanding of U.S. compliance requirements.
• Experience with benefits brokers and HRIS systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a working laptop/PC and internet connection.
