In Short

• Own end-to-end administration of U.S. employee benefits.
• Lead and support annual U.S. open enrollment.
• Administer the U.S. 401(k) retirement program.
• Ensure accurate benefits enrollment and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related questions.
• Process U.S. leaves of absence.
• Support global benefits administration.
• Act as liaison with benefits brokers and providers.
• Monitor benefits utilization and trends.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, with 3 years in U.S. benefits administration.
• Experience managing U.S. 401(k) retirement plans.
• Strong understanding of U.S. compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a global, remote-friendly environment.
