TechnologyAdvice is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our email programs across a portfolio of high-impact newsletters and media brands.

• Own and optimize subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in email marketing or newsletter publishing.
• 1 year of experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Proven experience in developing email growth strategies.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Strong expertise in email segmentation and A/B testing.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with newsletter monetization initiatives.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and audience data tools.
