Email Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Email Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our clients email marketing program. This role is key to driving growth, customer engagement, and retention through expertly designed campaigns, data-driven decision making, and structured optimization.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution in Klaviyo.
• Design on-brand, visually compelling emails.
• Analyze campaign and customer data for actionable insights.
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing.
• Ensure email marketing supports e-commerce and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on best practices in deliverability and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for brand consistency.
• Work full-time (approx. 40 hours/week).
• Remote work arrangement.
• Engagement as an independent contractor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo.
• Strong design background.
• Ability to analyze performance data.
• Experience with structured A/B testing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2 English).
• Ability to work during at least 24 hours overlapping with Toronto / Eastern Time.
