Overview

As the Email Marketing Specialist at Hello Alice, you’ll focus on optimizing email as a means to drive small business owner engagement.

In Short

• Manage day to day email execution including targeting, optimization, scheduling and coordination with the creative team.
• Optimize existing owner touchpoints including content, cadence and creative.
• Build customized and automated owner flows leveraging data collected during the owner onboarding process.
• Evaluate existing ESP and integrate tools and services for scalable email communications.
• Provide reporting, actionable insights and adapt to refine performance to meet KPIs.
• Develop and implement testing strategy for emails and automated flows.
• Manage email programs supporting Partner Success and Enterprise sales.

Requirements

• Minimum of a BA degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as an email marketing specialist.
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent written communication skills with cross-functional relationship building experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly desirable.
