  • Drive new business development for Technis Energy Intelligence in German-speaking Switzerland.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new logo opportunities.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in real estate and large enterprises.
  • Manage complex and long sales cycles (6–12 months).
  • Lead sales of integrated solutions combining hardware and SaaS platforms.
  • Build compelling value propositions around energy performance and ESG impact.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in managing long and complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling technology solutions combining hardware and software.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Strong hunter mindset with excellent closing abilities.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Structured and disciplined sales approach.
  • Fluent Swiss German and professional English; French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss real estate or building market.
  • Understanding of energy management and ESG challenges.
  • Experience in IoT, smart building, or building automation environments.
