Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Collaborate closely with project team to develop new features and functionality.
• Work with Product and Delivery Managers to refine product backlog.
• Provide feedback on designs for completeness and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Product team to plan future cycles.
• Advocate for ongoing cycle goals and motivate teams.
• Review team members' code submissions for quality and performance.
• Participate in regular shares with stakeholders on project progress.
• Support engineering department by sharing technical knowledge.
• Identify when team members are stuck and offer support.
• Produce documentation to improve developer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Full Stack experience.
• Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Experience creating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Excited to learn new technologies.
• Contributed to technical design discussions.
• Comfortable with agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience as a tech lead is a plus.
• Deep appreciation for design practice.
• Organized and self-motivated.
