Senior UX/Strategic Designer - Remote

In Short

• Drive UX strategy aligned with business goals
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable UX solutions that improve customer experience and drive adoption
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Create user flows, sitemaps, and clear information architectures.
• Collaborate with other designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand friction points and refine the product experience
• Lead design workshops and mentor junior designers

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX design, user research, and usability testing experience
• Proven experience in defining and executing UX strategy that aligns with business goals
• Proficiency in prototyping and wireframing tools (we use Figma)
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Ability to create clear information architecture and user flows
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Data-driven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and understand technical constraints
• Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design
• Experience leading design initiatives and mentoring designers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with the ability to present to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
