Wisp is on a mission to put healthcare back in patients’ hands by connecting them with hassle-free sexual and reproductive care online. We are a fully-remote team in the United States looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about results and eager to build something amazing.

In Short

Lead the end-to-end UX process from discovery to delivery.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Conduct user research and usability testing.
Create and maintain design documentation in Figma.
Champion user-centered design practices.
Proactively identify issues and opportunities.
Work in a fast-paced agile environment.
Communicate design decisions effectively.
Passionate about creating accessible digital experiences.
6+ years of experience in UX design.

Requirements

Experience in telehealth or regulated industries.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly.
Proficient in Figma and other prototyping tools.
Experience owning both research and design.
Skilled at presenting work to diverse stakeholders.
