Overview

The Director of Knowledge and Enablement will oversee our knowledge center and enablement for our internal Customer Success employees and Tebra customers, leading a team to create an energized environment of learning and knowledge management.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Knowledge and Enablement function.
  • Establish a cadence for keeping materials up to date.
  • Set up systems to measure the effectiveness of training.
  • Develop a consistent, scalable training framework.
  • Ensure seamless learning and continuous education.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Create content to educate customers on our core product.
  • Lead the growth of our Knowledge Centered Service strategy.
  • Administer and drive adoption of training technologies.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Learning and Enablement.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing innovative learning solutions.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity while results-driven.
  • Business experience in SaaS; healthcare or SEO experience is desirable.
  • KCS certification is a plus.
  • Track record of performance outcomes.
  • Excited about developing team processes.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
