Overview

As an Outbound BDR at Panax, you will be at the forefront of our growth engine, building relationships with target accounts and driving outbound pipeline generation.

In Short

  • Research and qualify new sales opportunities via cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaign execution.
  • Expand knowledge of products, services, and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs including call volume and meetings booked.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in tech/SaaS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport.
  • High level of organization and time-management skills.
  • Experience with Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven in a fast-paced environment.
