Proposal Manager - Shyft Repair Services - Remote

Overview

The Proposal Manager at Shyft Services will support sales initiatives by designing comprehensive proposals and collaborating with the sales team and depot repair program manager to ensure effective onboarding and implementation of new programs.

• Evaluate customer depot repair needs and design proposals.

Requirements

• 5+ years in proposal management in Repair/Supply Chain/Logistics.
• 3+ years in sales engineering or consulting preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT-related field.
• Strong RFx expertise.
• Basic project management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Advanced computer skills.
• SalesForce familiarity is a plus.
