Overview

The Operational Risk Manager I provides a broad range of risk analysis, reporting and/or support to business partners and acts as a specialist/expert in providing guidance/advice on a range of risk-related matters within assigned or own area of specialization.

  • Prepare board and executive management reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience.
  • 7-10 years related experience required.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational risk management issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence decisions without express authority.
  • Project planning and management skills.
  • Experience in financial services processes and workflows.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Ability to coach and train staff.
