Overview

The Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for monitoring and improving the operational risk control system, regulatory compliance, and promoting a risk-aware culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Higher education qualification in insurance, finance, or audit.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in operational risk management.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of IT tools, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Rigorous and motivated approach to work.
