In Short

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and develop strong relationships.
• Handle client and tax authority requests related to tax compliance.
• Analyze client issues and provide appropriate business responses.
• Deliver product training to clients on the LumaTax platform.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and setting up transaction flows.
• Understand indirect tax technical matters related to US sales and use tax.
• Manage client engagements and ensure proper invoicing.

Requirements

• Client focus and client centricity.
• Understanding of SUT compliance processes and US sales and use tax rules.
• 6+ years of VAT compliance experience.
• Previous experience with tax technology or strong interest in the area.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Great attention to detail.
