Overview

As a Senior People Insights Analyst at Taxfix, you will transform People data into strategic insights that drive business impact, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data quality and empower the People team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, App Scripts, SQL, Python.
• Experience in dashboard and data visualization development.
• Experience in building forecasting models.
• 4+ years of experience in creating reports for HR and business leadership.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of people analytics and metrics.
• Proven track record in improving data quality.
• Strong project management skills.
