• Remote-first company with employees distributed across the US and EU.
• Oversee a Book of Business of Helpers and Hands across the United States.
• Drive activation, retention, utilization, and quality.
• Coach and mentor Helpers daily.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize Helper journeys.
• Execute quality programs as directed by the Helper Quality team.
• Identify at-risk Helpers and proactively engage them with retention strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
• Lead local community engagement and events.
• Travel up to 10% for team events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles or operations.
• A people-oriented self-starter with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
