CRM Senior Specialist - Remote

Overview

Taskrabbit is looking for a CRM Senior Specialist to partner with our marketing team to build and deliver campaigns and messaging that empowers our users. You’ll be part of the team responsible for the execution of all the global messaging our customers receive across email, push, and in-app messaging.

Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in customer marketing, CRM, email marketing, customer segmentation.
• Experience in A/B testing and post-campaign analysis.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Iterable, Segment, Sigma, Mixpanel.
• Familiarity with email QA tools like Litmus.
• Prior experience working with product marketing and engineering teams.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
• Skilled at planning and executing simultaneous projects.
