Senior Backend Engineer (Analytics/AI Personalization) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Tapcart, you'll join the team that is spearheading our company's personalization efforts and owning our existing analytics and segmentation products. You will design, build, and scale the infrastructure that powers these initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficient in Node.js, Typescript, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and CICD tools.
• Knowledge of database architectures like Mongo, Postgres, BigQuery.
• Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Beam and dbt.
• Strong organizational skills and software engineering fundamentals.
