Senior Provider Outreach Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Provider Outreach Specialist at Tangelo will build relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to improve access to nutritious food for low-income families.

In Short

• Report to the VP of Health Plan & Community Partnerships.
• Travel to local healthcare providers, hospitals, and health clinics.
• Build partnerships with caseworkers and clinical teams.
• Deliver tailored nutritional educational materials and workshops.
• Represent Tangelo at enrollment and promotional events.
• Host interactive cooking sessions.
• Work cross-functionally with Account Managers and Sales teams.
• Document outreach and provider interactions in CRM tools.
• Stay informed on Medicaid-related policies.
• Help spin up the function in a new territory.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Provider Outreach or Sales.
• Background in Nutrition or nutritional counseling.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be located in/near Albany.
