HR Business Partner (6 months FTC) - Remote

Overview

The HR Business Partner role at Tandem involves supporting the People team in driving the overarching People strategy during a period of change within the bank.

Requirements

• Relevant HR generalist experience, focusing on business partnering.
• Flexible and adaptable style for operational and strategic work.
• Good understanding of employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• CIPD qualified.
• Ability to think critically and pragmatically.
• Team player willing to support overall team success.
• Experience in FCA-regulated environments is a plus.
