In Short

• We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to play a critical role in data-driven decision-making.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop advanced models and algorithms.
• This role is focused on solving complex problems in healthcare.
• Help clinicians save time and reduce administrative burdens.
• Develop, test, and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Lead and mentor Data Scientists and Data Analysts.
• Design scalable solutions for deploying models in production.
• Stay updated with the latest data science techniques.
• Work with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business needs into problems.
• Make a meaningful impact on healthcare.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industrial experience in NLP and/or Speech Recognition.
• Experience in developing, training, and deploying user-facing ML models.
• Strong background in data science and statistical modeling.
• Proficient in Python and data manipulation tools like SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms is a bonus.
