The Senior Data Scientist will lead the development of advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions to drive innovation within the platform.

Requirements

• Degree Level Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial or consulting setting.
• Proven experience with machine learning and statistical modelling.
• Strong programming skills in R and/or Python.
• Experience applying advanced analytics to business problems.
• Strong communication skills for complex analytical topics.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive in driving innovation.
• Experience in Social Housing or Local Authority.
• Familiarity with collaborative software tools is desirable.
