In Short

  • Become a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define and communicate ROI for customers.
  • Conduct regular QBRs and EBRs.
  • Be the product expert, advising customers on use cases.
  • Simplify and manage customer issues effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to Product and R&D teams.
  • Keep customers informed about new product releases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer success or account management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion providers.
  • Experience with healthcare technology platforms.
  • Ability to deliver strategic value in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in transformation or program management.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and proactive problem solver.
  • Technical understanding to partner with IT organizations.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
