Overview

The Customer Success Manager (XLG Specialist) is responsible for delivering insight-led value to high-potential accounts, ensuring customer goals are met through effective use of the CXI platform.

In Short

  • Conduct Use Case Health Assessments to identify blockers and opportunities.
  • Develop action plans that link customer goals with measurable KPIs.
  • Own the renewal process for Silver tier accounts.
  • Collaborate with Analysts, Tech Support, and Product teams.
  • Track adoption and escalate risks to secure renewals.
  • Mentor team members and share process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in customer success or consulting.
  • Experience with CX platforms or SaaS preferred.
