Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Assent, you will play a vital role in delivering services to customers, ensuring program success, and maintaining exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.

In Short

  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage client relationships and lifetime value of assigned accounts.
  • Oversee Customer Health and associated performance metrics.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with customers.
  • Analyze program results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the Sales team in renewal management of owned accounts.
  • Take on special projects to enhance customer success processes.
  • Coordinate user permissions in the Assent platform.
  • Advocate for client success across internal teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date communications in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer success, project management, or consulting.
  • Working knowledge of consultative customer management.
  • Experience in a technology/SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills for data management and analysis.
