Overview

The Copay Claims Processor is a member of the TailorMed Complete team, responsible for improving financial outcomes for patients by submitting claims on their behalf to approved copay programs.

In Short

  • Submit copay claims and follow through to payment posting.
  • Work with the Financial Navigation team for accurate claims processing.
  • Resolve issues with manufacturer and foundation copay programs.
  • Communicate with customers' revenue cycle departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of processed claims.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in medical billing, coding, or financial navigation.
  • Experience with insurance providers and healthcare organizations.
  • Knowledge of all insurance types.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
