Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in a financial navigator role.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare and insurance systems.
• Experience with claims submissions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Desire to contribute to a growing team.
