The Senior Account and Relationship Executive at Wolters Kluwer will oversee large, complex, and strategic accounts, driving growth and customer satisfaction through industry knowledge and account management practices.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in leading and mentoring mid-level managers.
  • Thorough understanding of the organization's product portfolio.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Expertise in negotiating with significant authority.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Skilled in conducting market and client needs analysis.
  • Excellence in managing and growing long-term client relationships.
