Senior CX/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior CX/UX Designer, you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process, working on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and leading user research initiatives to deliver exceptional user experiences.

In Short

• Design and develop visual and interactive interfaces for desktop and cloud environments.
• Lead user research initiatives to understand user pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for complex projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in UX design or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of usability standards and UX best practices.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Miro.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and Angular.
• Ability to work in Agile development environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies is a plus.
• Understanding of software project management practices.
• Demonstrated mentorship and design leadership.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
