Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Jira at the administrator level.
  • Ability to work with logs and monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of automation tools.
  • English B1 or higher proficiency.
  • Understanding of software development principles.
  • Experience writing simple SQL queries.
  • Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with Google Cloud and scripting languages is a plus.
  • Hands-on incident management experience is desirable.
