Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Jira at the administrator level.
  • Ability to work with logs and monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of automation tools for administrative tasks.
  • English proficiency (B1 or higher).
  • Understanding of software development principles.
  • Experience writing simple SQL queries.
  • Proactive team player with process management skills.
  • Experience in fintech and startup environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with incident management processes.
