• Join the CX & Internal tools team as a Senior Product Designer.
• Enhance user experience for customers and colleagues.
• Launch a major B2E product and support existing tools.
• Take ownership of launching new tools from discovery to go-live.

• Deep dive into business operations and user needs.
• Participate in product and tech discussions to shape outcomes.
• Conduct user research to validate ideas and guide design.
• Contribute to the internal design system for consistency.

Requirements

• 2–3 years working on B2B, B2E SaaS, or internal tools.
• Solid portfolio showcasing user-friendly complex product designs.
• Familiarity with best interaction patterns and strong visual skills.
• Experience working independently, possibly in startups.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to think in systems and adapt to changes.
