Senior Product Designer, CX - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Tabby, you will enhance the user experience for customers and colleagues, focusing on improving interfaces and business processes.

In Short

• Responsible for launching a major B2E product and supporting existing tools.
• Take ownership of launching new tools or experiences.
• Improve current flows and features through thoughtful design iterations.
• Invest time in understanding business and user needs.
• Regularly use internal tools to spot issues and advocate for improvements.
• Participate in product and tech decisions.
• Plan and execute user research to validate ideas.
• Contribute to the internal design system.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B, B2E SaaS, or internal tools.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating user-friendly complex product designs.
• Familiarity with best interaction patterns and strong visual skills.
• Experience working independently or in small teams.
• Strong communication skills to explain ideas clearly.
• Ability to think in systems and adapt to change.
