Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Clutch is expanding its design team! We're seeking a seasoned senior product designer to help innovate in the fintech space, revolutionizing how credit unions operate and attract a new generation of customers.

In Short

• Work on innovative design projects in the fintech space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Lead key design initiatives and take ownership of larger design projects.
• Shape design culture and company strategy through workshops.
• Mentor junior designers and facilitate design reviews.
• Contribute to ongoing design projects in various phases.
• Build strong relationships within the design team and across departments.
• Help grow the design team through interviewing candidates.
• Utilize a portfolio showcasing relevant design experience.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in product design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and design process.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in teamwork and leadership roles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in fintech or with credit unions is a plus.
• Experience designing for AI is a bonus.
• Experience in service design and systems thinking is advantageous.
