Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Product Designer at Kong, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and craft exceptional solutions for our customers. Given the technical nature of our product, an ideal candidate will have a high degree of comfort with using or designing developer experiences.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of related experience in a developer tool SaaS product or similar.
• A portfolio that demonstrates expertise in all phases of design.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal).
• Experience leading a collaborative design process from definition to delivery.
• Ability to conduct user research and make data-informed design decisions.
• Understanding of how to improve business metrics through design.
• Experience using and contributing to a shared design system.
• Ability to craft aesthetically-pleasing and pixel-perfect final UI.
