Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design.
• 3+ years leading design projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Figma and UI/UX design.
• Understanding of accessibility and design systems.
• Experience designing for responsive web.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a low-ego environment.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience in research methodologies.
• Ability to influence through design and leadership.
