Senior Product Designer, CX - Remote

Overview

The Senior Product Designer will enhance the user experience for customers and colleagues, focusing on improving interfaces and business processes.

In Short

• Join the CX & Internal tools team at Tabby.
• Responsible for launching new B2E products and improving existing tools.
• Take ownership of product launches from discovery to go-live.
• Improve current flows and features through thoughtful design iterations.
• Deep dive into domain knowledge for impactful solutions.
• Regularly use internal tools to advocate for improvements.
• Participate in key product and tech discussions.
• Conduct user research to validate ideas and guide design decisions.
• Contribute to the internal design system for consistency and scalability.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B, B2E SaaS, or internal tools.
• Solid portfolio showcasing user-friendly complex product designs.
• Familiarity with best interaction patterns and strong visual skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to explain ideas clearly.
• Ability to integrate user needs, business goals, and tech possibilities.
• Think in systems and provide long-term design solutions.
