Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Commercial Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis. As the Project Manager you will be required to project manage technology initiatives that support our Commercial Functional area and ensure that they meet the outcomes defined by the business, aligned to our strategic goals.

In Short

• Lead projects across Europe with internal/external resources in a matrix organisation.
• Translate project ideas into clear technology scope/design for approval.
• Work with cross-functional teams to capture business needs into planning requirements.
• Ensure project delivery meets governance standards and manage change control.
• Create and control project budgets.
• Manage resources and project timelines effectively.
• Implement changes into BAU business operations successfully.
• Manage Risks, Issues and Dependencies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders through proactive engagement.

Requirements

• End to end IT Project Management experience.
• Experience in delivering complex digital technology projects.
• Change control experience.
• Experience deploying technologies across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple 3rd party system integrators.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
