Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Programs Team from the Manila office to implement international projects. This is a new and exciting opportunity to contribute to the Foundation’s work in the Responsible Business portfolio.

In Short

• Responsible for successful project implementation and delivery.
• Support strategic design of activities for other projects.
• Manage and coordinate the project team within governance frameworks.
• Analyze ESG data focusing on human capital and social issues.
• Lead implementation of the project’s MEAL Framework.
• Understand grant budget and donor compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant political, security, legal contexts.
• Engage with labor rights actors in Thailand.
• Communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to align working hours with the UK time zone.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project/programme management experience.
• Strong data analysis background, particularly in ESG.
• Financial literacy, including understanding of financial products.
• Data visualization expertise for dashboard design.
• Stakeholder engagement experience with NGOs and international organizations.
• M&E experience: developing log frames and KPIs.
• English fluency; Thai knowledge is an asset.
• Ability to manage multi-million, multi-country budgets.
• Context-sensitive approach to project design.
• Experience in labor rights and responsible business.
