Overview

We are looking for a New Business Manager to join our Fresh side of the business during a period of growth to understand client needs, drive sales growth and build long lasting relationships.

In Short

  • Win Commercial new business, with customers whose fresh food spend ranges from £1M via active prospecting.
  • Build cross functional relationships with prospect customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets.
  • Liaise and influence colleagues to deliver high quality tender submissions.
  • Come from a similar background within sales with a successful track record.
  • Superb customer relationship and rapport-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of structured solution selling and negotiation skills.
  • Good commercial acumen and knowledge of key profit levers.
  • Proficient with technology for presentations and evaluations.

Requirements

  • High energy levels and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
