Overview

The Human Resources Operations Analyst at Syngenta will support and execute various HR operational functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the HR team.

In Short

• Responsible for HR operational processes including hiring and terminations.
• Manage HR vendor relationships.
• Conduct finance/procurement activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance with employment laws.
• Respond to unemployment claims and manage service awards.
• Maintain HR documentation and compliance.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in HR tasks.
• Work collaboratively with offshore teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations.
• SPHR/PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Experience in continuous improvement analysis.
• Ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to build strong working relationships.
